Because of the amount of work involved in designing you a quality website setup fee is not refundable should you discontinue service. All of our hosting plans offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on hosting. Once you sign up you have 10 days to provide us with the information necessary for us to design your website otherwise we will work with whatever information we have available to us. Once your site is completed you have 2 rounds of changes available to you at no charge for corrections, changes, redesign or additions because we want you to be totally satisfied with the finished product. Most clients are perfectly satisfied by the close of the first round. Both rounds must be completed within the first 30 days of service after your website has been designed. Subsequent rounds of changes or additions or after the first 30 days of service are billed at our standard rate of $49 per hour. Once we design and complete your website and the 2 rounds are satisfied or after 30 days, whichever comes first, the site is considered completed and additional changes are billed at our normal rate.
