Our terms for using our custom web service and hosting are simple and fair.

There are no contracts to sign and you can cancel your service anytime quickly and easily with a simple phone call or dropping us an email.

Cancellations are effective as soon as we receive them however there are no refunds of services already paid for except during the first 30 days we have an unconditional money back guarantee.

A major credit card or bank account is required to use our service. We have you sign up through PayPal for your security and so you can cancel easily if you ever choose to. A PayPal account is NOT required to sign up through PayPal and you can use any major credit card. We do not have access to any of your credit card information and signing up through Paypal is the safest way to insure your protection.

Our service is billed monthly on recurring billing once a month. If you have signed up using our first month free offer or any other special offer and we have purchased a unique domain name for your use, and you cancel your service at anytime, the domain name remains our property. You can purchase the doman name from us for a fee of $25.00 and we will transfer it to an account for you to control. This is only fair as we have paid for this domain name and deserve to have our costs reimbursed if you choose to cancel and move elsewhere. (We can't imagine why you would)

If you choose to cancel your service, your website is cancelled and removed from our system and the web template cannot be transferred to any other system, in other words, you would lose the website. We retain all rights to the web design template at all times. You own your web content however you cannot use the web content with our design if you cancel or transfer your site elsewhere. Be certain that you do not want the website anymore before you cancel as it becomes permanent.

We have other legal agreements that are standard to hosting and deal with the use of our software, email system and other services related to Internet hosting. Your use of our system constitutes compliance and acceptance with those agreements. You can access these agreements anytime at this link.
